    About Us

    Head chef and owner Humphrey Fletcher opened The Brackenbury in December 2013.

    Born in rural Yorkshire, he trained at Leith's School of Food and Wine, and then worked in restaurants including Kensington Place, The Glasshouse in Kew (1 Michelin star) and The River Cafe in Hammersmith (1 Michelin star).

    His interests include bad puns and morning swims in the Serpentine.
